Letter from the President

I joined Lambda Lambda my Freshman year, in the Fall of 2018 at the University of Connecticut. Since then it has been such a journey, and I am proud to introduce myself as Chapter President just about three years later. Walking into AOII on preference day, I was hesitant about finding my home. After speaking with an older sister, hearing heartfelt speeches, and receiving a rose I left the room feeling ready to take a chance.

So, here we are. 3 cabinet and executive board leadership roles, 3 HuskyTHONs, and 1 pandemic later. As a member of AOII, I strive to inspire ambition and am constantly impressed by the dedication our chapter members bring to the UConn community. I have grown as a friend, student, and leader in this organization, and I know it's because of the strong support system we have built. I look forward to continuing the growth of our chapter and seeing the amazing things in store whether virtual or in-person.
